In cleaning, good supervision ultimately determines the success or failure of a cleaning program. This is why all of our site shift supervisors, who are responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of your building’s cleaning program, are carefully screened, experienced and well trained.

All of our on-site personnel receive an orientation when hired and are fully trained to use the latest cleaning technology, equipment and methods. They also take part in monthly health & safety sessions under the direction of our dedicated health & safety coordinator.

Emergency Services In the case of an emergency or disaster, an after hours emergency service is provided to our clients and is available 24/7. To better respond to emergencies, Ability maintains a reserve of ‘floater’ cleaners that can be deployed quickly. These employees are all experiences, long term employees of our company that have the know-how to tackle most cleaning emergencies.
